iHotelier PMSConnect is a two-way integration module within TravelClick's iHotelier platform (part of Amadeus Hospitality) that creates a direct, real-time link between the iHotelier Central Reservation System and a hotel's Property Management System (PMS). It eliminates manual data entry by automatically synchronizing rates, availability, and reservations between the CRS and PMS.

Who It Serves and How Properties Connect

PMSConnect is designed for hotels and hotel groups already operating on the iHotelier CRS that want seamless, automated two-way communication with their PMS. Integration partners have included systems such as RoomKeyPMS, StayNTouch, Host Hotel Systems, WebRezPro, and Comanche International. Once configured, rate and availability updates push automatically from the PMS to iHotelier, and reservations made through iHotelier's booking engine or distribution channels are delivered directly into the PMS without manual intervention.
